Here are some things you should consider...;

If you are suffering from a sore-throat... sorry, nothing can be done. Please come back again later.
If you are in a noisy environment, and you think that the Voice Recognition system can't recognise you... stick two fingers in your ears, and try again. You will notice that most of the background noice is supressed now.
If you are not alone in the room, and you think that others might think you've gone nuts when you try to talk into the monitor, try this: Move your head closer to the screen, close your eyes tightly and call out your name. You will realize that now others arn't watching.
 
However, when doing this, it may suddenly appear to be dark! (Don't panic! DO NOT try to switch on any lights!) The feeling is highly virtual. I told you, this is a virtual tour!
Ok, now try the voice recognition system once more.
